About Monique

I am a Black woman shaped by 20 years in hospitality and a decade in the wellness and nonprofit space. My journey has always been one of service, creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and held. That journey, grounded in ancestral wisdom and a deep reverence for collective healing, led me to build both my consulting practice and In Her Legacy, a nonprofit that holds the same heartbeat: to nurture, uplift, and walk alongside others.

These two entities are not separate, they are reflections of the same soul. One offers personal coaching and professional guidance. The other offers a space for young women to rise through sisterhood, wellness, and service. Together, they honor who I am and the legacy I’m building.
